I’ve always enjoyed my food from nazma but last night food came cold chapatis not done properly and went hard and broke into pieces chops was not cooked I was really disappointed

First and last time I order my curry had five pieces of chicken in the dish that I can only describe as cold tomato soup the chapatis where undercooked (how can you actually do that?)and the onion bahjis where burnt and cold along with the white chips never again I’ll live and learn ☹️ btw it was supposed to be chicken tikka masala
